GrayCode for DSH is a plugin that migrates the original Gray Code VS Code extension into the DeepSeek Harness (DSH) platform. It provides document workflows (Design/Progress/Review/Plan), persistent memory, content-addressed checkpoints, tree-like branches, staged diff, image processing, sub-agent hops, and a 17-section settings panel, plus migration from legacy Gray Code 1.5.4 data. Install by building a local tarball and adding @graycode/dsh via dsh plugin, or pull from npm once published. Requires Node 22.19+/24+ and pnpm 11.7.0. Caveat: DSH 0.1.0-rc.6 has upstream GAPs blocking the manager view and browser Remote channel; staged diff is disabled by default until write-tool adapters land.

bundle 只钉 id（graycode / graycode-client）不复制 DSH 配置，默认值在插件 Schemastery schema。
