dsh-review-workflow is a general-purpose multi-panelist review skill that abstracts structured evaluation into a 6-step flow with 6 checkpoints. N panelists score in parallel inside independent subagents to prevent bias, followed by a two-stage divergence resolution (anchor matching + delta-grade arbitration) and an independent Critic review. It supports incremental re-review and configurable rubrics, templates, and panel size. Use it for auditable, structured reviews of proposals, papers, code, or designs. 一个通用多评委评审工作流 skill。从 collaboration-review 流程脱敏泛化而来，适用于任何需要结构化评审的场景——项目评审、论文审稿、代码审查、设计评审等。
