OPC-Fellows is a local-first desktop workbench built for one-person companies, powered by Electron, Cordis, and DeepSeek Harness. It follows a modular architecture where the core kernel only retains basic capabilities like a shell, todo list, search, settings, and a module registry, while all extended functionality is added as installable modules. The workbench adheres to local-first principles, meaning all business data is stored on the user’s local device, and API keys for models are saved via encrypted safe storage with no data sent to third-party backends.

When starting a new work session, users select a "Member" (corresponding to their current occupation or role) or a "Project", and the right-side panel automatically loads the relevant tools and content for that selection.
