dsh-plugin-consult is a DeepSeek Harness plugin that lets the current Agent query a live peer Session via ask_peer, carrying a question, known facts, assigned tasks, and a shared board. Fork mode protects the source conversation by default, while align mode requires explicit intent before writing to the source log. Replies arrive within a bounded wait or asynchronously through the normal turn. Use it to reuse earned context across overlapping Sessions for reviews, fact lookups, or two-way alignment. Caveat: only live Agents appear in the roster, and queue state does not survive a Host restart.
