DSH-Desktop-EAC (EAC = Embracing All Creation) is an out-of-the-box desktop client purpose-built for DeepSeek Harness (DSH). It wraps the official deepseek-ai/deepseek-harness distribution without modifying its core, bundling Node.js, the npm CLI, and the dsh binary so users never install a runtime manually. The current 5.x release line ships a Tauri/Rust shell on Windows 10/11 x64 and macOS 13+ Apple Silicon, replacing the retired v4.4.1 Electron build, and exposes a native window, system tray, shortcut maintenance, process cleanup, notification toasts, an in-app file tree, line-level diff, persistent terminal, plus HTML and local-port preview. It isolates desktop plugins behind a dedicated web-desktop profile while still sharing DSH_HOME sessions and API keys with the CLI, and it can import vision-model and MCP configurations from Claude Code and Codex.
