Install

约束：仅可擦除 TS 语法；顶层无副作用；路径一律绝对路径。

## 依赖

- 主机平面服务：`tools`、`subprocess`（web profile 默认具备）；`skills` 可选（存在则注册 skill）
- Node ≥ 22.18（`.ts` 原生 type stripping）

## 安装

Add DViridescent/dsh-tools-meta to your DSH config (web profile) to enable.
