DeepSeek Harness（dsh）Web GUI 的 Windows 一键启动器：双击即用自绘标题栏 + WebView2 内嵌的窗口播放 splash 动画作为唯一启动画布（任务栏图标从窗口出现那一刻就是黑鲸，不再闪 Chrome/Edge 默认图标；标题栏颜色随主题统一），后台拉起 dsh web，GUI 就绪后揭示；关闭窗口自动停服务。

记住窗口形态：关闭时记住当前是「缩小」还是「最大化」，下次启动直接按上次形态打开。只记这两种形态，不记具体尺寸与位置（分屏、手动拖拽的长宽一律按缩小形态处理）；记忆存于 %LocalAppData%\DSH-GUI\window.state，删掉该文件即回到默认缩小形态；在最小化状态下关闭时按最近一次非最小化形态记忆（不会把「最小化」记成「缩小」）；
可配置：工作目录与端口可通过环境变量或 workspace.txt 修改；
深浅色跟随：启动动画与标题栏跟随 dsh 设置里的“外观”选项（浅色/深色/跟随系统）；标题栏与 GUI 侧边栏同色：浅色极浅灰 #f9fafb（深色文字/图标），深色 #1b1b1c；
