dsh-skills-manager is a community-maintained native plugin built exclusively for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) to help users manage local skills from multiple AI coding agents. It supports loading existing skills from more than 10 common agents including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, Gemini and OpenCode, without requiring users to modify any original source files. To install it, users can either ask a terminal-enabled agent to run the install command, or manually install it via the DSH CLI to their DSH profile, then restart DSH and refresh the browser page to access it from the Settings > Skills menu.

Once installed and loaded, users can browse skills in collapsible groups, use search and filters to find specific skills, and view full details of any skill directly within the DSH interface. Users can toggle skills on or off with a single switch, and separate skills into global and project categories, where project skills take priority over global copies for the current work session. Accidentally deleted DSH skills are moved to a Trash folder for easy recovery, so users do not have to worry about permanent data loss from misclicks. This tool is ideal for developers who work with multiple AI coding agents and want to reuse existing skills across platforms.

This plugin is released under the open-source Apache 2.0 license, and requires Node.js version 22.19.0 or higher, or 24.0.0 or higher, to work correctly. Users must have an existing working DeepSeek Harness installation before installing this plugin. It has been tested to work with multiple recent release candidates of DSH, from version 0.1.0-rc.8 up to 0.1.6-alpha.1.
