DeepSeek-Harness Widgets is a persistent DSH bundle plugin built on the Cordis composition model. It provides a customizable multi-column widget rail on the right side of the conversation page — real-time session insights, usage monitoring, and quick actions — with an extensible declarative registry.

Continuous Magnification
macOS-Dock-style hover magnification with two modes (toggle in Settings → Components → Realtime follow):
- Stepless (continuous follow): truly stepless — every card's scale is driven by its own continuous Euclidean distance to the pointer, so the peak glides smoothly between cards on any pointer movement. It snaps to its steady right-anchored geometry every frame (
transition: none), so a card's right edge stays flush with the rail even mid-motion — no width/right desync while the pointer moves. - Discrete (default): reuses the same continuous geometry but snaps the pointer onto a quantized grid (row/column centres + the midpoints between adjacent ones: 2·rows−1 Y points, 2·cols−1 X points), with a 0.2s tween gliding the peak between grid points.
In both modes the magnified deck is painted by a fixed overlay outside the rail's scroll-clip box, so leftward growth escapes clipping while the resting rail width (and the conversation column distance) never changes. Scaling preserves the square card shape and constant spacing; magnification is adjustable in settings (1.0–1.4).

Quota Manager (Coding Plan group, 2×2)
Title on the left with the projected month-end usage percent in the top-right corner, the billing period on the next line (账期 10-10), and two figures at the bottom: today's usage (measured tokens) and today's budget (the remaining balance split evenly over the days left).
- Projection:
used% + recent pace × days left, where the recent pace is the last 3 day-equivalents (the previous two whole days plus today prorated by how much of it has elapsed; today only counts after 6 h). The projection and the budget are therefore mathematically consistent: projected > 100% ⇔ recent pace > today's budget — the card can never claim "today is under budget" and "the month is over 100%" at once. - Past 100%: the figure itself turns red and breathes (1.6 s), instead of a red glow around the card.
- Credit → token conversion: the balance (credits) is converted at the period's own realised "local tokens ÷ credits consumed" rate, so the figures share one caliber; the provider's own token counter is not mixed in (it measures the same period ~1.7× higher).
- Never invented: a missing percentage/allowance, a finished period or less than 6 h elapsed renders 「数据不足」; only when the rate side is unavailable does today's budget degrade to

OpenCode Go Usage
Rolling / weekly / monthly usage windows + percentage + reset time. The host half registers a same-origin route proxying opencode.ai; the browser makes no cross-origin requests, and keys go through DSH credentials. Two presentations: usage-bars (three-window bars) and usage-rings (three-window donut rings — percent in each ring centre, exact value on hover, same urgency colouring).
Peak Pricing (market widget)
A 2×2-only peak-pricing card showing whether the current moment is inside a DeepSeek peak-pricing window. Peak hours (Beijing time, UTC+8): Mon–Fri 09:00–12:00 and 14:00–18:00 — everything else, including weekends, is off-peak. Off-peak shows CHEAP; during a peak window it shows EXPENSIVE, with the figure itself turning red and breathing (1.6 s) — a text-level escalation, the card frame stays clean — while the corresponding window row under the title lights up brand-blue and scales up slightly. The schedule is hard-coded for now; a custom-schedule setting is on the roadmap.
Architecture
- Widget units + build-time discovery (ARCH-001): every widget is an independent unit under
src/widgets/<id>/—manifest.json(machine-readable contract: id / group / sizes / defaultInstalled / per-widget locale) +index.ts(thedefineWidgetdescriptor: render + name/desc thunks + configSchema + example). The registry is generated, never hand-maintained:scripts/gen-registry.mjsscans the unit dirs and emitssrc/client/generated.registry.ts(WIDGETS/ALL_INSTANCES/STATS_WIDGET_IDS/DEFAULT_INSTALLED/ mergedWIDGET_LOCALES). Adding a widget = adding one unit dir;pnpm buildregenerates andpnpm check:registryfails loudly when the registry is stale. The widget template lives insrc/widgets-template/— outside the scan root, so it can never be discovered or registered; - Shared layer (stable core):
src/client/lib/—contract.ts(the Widget contract + resolvers),format.ts(pure formatters / heatmap grid builders),usage-view.ts(OpenCode usage family renders),heatmap-accounting.ts(token heatmap self-accounting provider). Widget units import these; widget-specific logic stays in the unit; - Per-widget i18n: widget strings live in each unit's
manifest.json(family-shared strings once insrc/widgets/_shared/locales.json); the shell dictionary (src/client/i18n.ts) owns only the shell UI. The generated registry merges everything and the shell registers it with the official locale service at apply() time; - Data collector: mounted on the
conversation.composer.dockslot, which renders only when an active session exists — a natural "session alive" signal; - Host half:
webServer+credentialsservices; registers the/api/opencode-usage//api/opencode-usage-multisame-origin proxy routes and the/api/widgets-statestore (widget-rail configuration persisted toprofiles/web/dsh-widgets-state.json— the authoritative copy that survives browser origin switches, private mode and site-data clearing); - Reversible cleanup: all registrations are managed by the fiber-effect lifecycle; uninstalling restores everything;

After installing, hard-refresh the browser (Ctrl+Shift+R) and click the "Components" (widgets) capsule in the session header to expand the rail. The OpenCode Go widget needs OPENCODE_GO_API_KEY configured in the Models settings.

Note:
tsc --noEmitstill reports pre-existing strict-mode errors on UNTOUCHED code — the peer slot types (@deepseek-ai/dsh-client-ui-slots) only know therootslot name while the runtime accepts arbitrary slot ids (live plugin works; the v1.3.0 refactor went from 24 to 18 such errors, all outside the changed files), and the host half lacks@types/node. The project gate ispnpm build+pnpm check:registry(both green) plus the live-bundle discovery probe (docs/verify-discovery.cjs).

New — Quota Manager (2×2, Coding Plan group):
- 📊 Monthly-window layout: title left, projected month-end percent top-right, the billing period on the second line (

Fixed — daily-usage freshness:
- ⚡ Today's figure now moves with every turn: the day map comes from usage-center's log fold, which rescans on its own ~30 s cadence, so a finished turn kept showing the previous figure (measured: the index lagged an independent log fold by ~0.4M at the same instant). The client now keeps its per-step local counter running and takes
max(index, local)for today only — history stays purely authoritative, because this browser only ever sees the sessions it had open. - 🔄 The host route
/api/widgets-usage-daily?refresh=1asks usage-center to rescan immediately when a turn settles (5 s throttle, fully optional). The client half works after a page refresh; the parameter is host code and needs a dsh web restart.
Fixed — Command Code monthly-window denominator:
- 🧾 The monthly window divided by
used / (used + remaining)— the sum of two unrelated snapshots (measured 17.26 + 59.01 = 76.27 on a $70 plan), so the card read 22.6% where the account page read ~16%. It is now(allowance − remaining) / allowancewith the published plan table (GOAT = $70); an unknown plan falls back to the API's own used figure.
Changed — one text-level alert:
- 🔔 The whole card-glow mechanism was removed (
alertfield +.dsx-peak-alert+ keyframes). Peak pricing's EXPENSIVE and Quota Manager's over-100% now turn the figure red and breathe (1.6 s, static underprefers-reduced-motion); the card frame never changes.
Layout — the card head row was restructured:
- 📐 The head row is now two independent, top-aligned slots (title left, value right). Previously the title shared one baseline with a 20px value, which stretched the line box and pushed the 13px title ~5px lower than on every card without a head value; the right slot now cancels its own extra line height with a negative bottom margin, so the period line hugs the title. Measured: the quota card's title top matches a plain card (11px), and
context-water@2×4is back to a 16px head row.
Showcase website:
- 🌐 The gallery is complete at 33 widgets (it had stalled at 24, missing the whole 8-widget Command Code family), with new Command Code and Device filters and matching Chinese/English copy. The widget table is generated from the manifests by
website/gen-site.mjs. Headless site verification passes 80/80.
Compatibility — DSH 0.1.5 session-snapshot split:
- 🧩 Data source migration (skipping it silently loses every card's data): 0.1.5 split the session snapshot in two —
useSessionkeeps lifecycle state (running, …) while chat data (nodes/timeline/runningCalls) moved to the newuseChathook. The composer-dock collector readuseSession(s => s.chat.legacy.nodes); on 0.1.5 that selector throws during render, the slot error boundary abdicates the entry, and the whole rail loses its data (and disappears, becausehasSessionnever flips). The collector now prefersuseChatand falls back touseSession, with optional-chained selectors so a slice that no longer exists resolves toundefinedinstead of throwing. - 🔌 Types and packaging follow the official layout:
@deepseek-ai/dsh-client-runtimewas retired in 0.1.5, so the client context type now comes from@deepseek-ai/cordis'sContext; the package was dropped from peer/dev dependencies and from the tsdown platform module table. - 🔍 Audit result (no code change needed): all four slots (
shell.overlay/conversation.composer.dock/conversation.session.header.utilities/settings.section), theregister({name,id,order,label})options, the__ModuleLoader__client bundle protocol, the five projection keys, the six host routes and thelocaleusage are unchanged in 0.1.5; the official stats row still registers under thestatsentry id. - ✅ Measured: in an isolated 0.1.5-rc.2 instance the client bundle loads alongside the other 62 entries with no exception.
- 🧭 Official right-bar adaptation (added 2026-09-13): DSH 0.1.5 makes the right side a third grid column (
[class$='_rightbarCol'], occupied bydsh-client-ui-sidebar-right), while the rail anchored on--dsh-sidebar-width— a variable published by better-sidebar ≤0.14 that 0.19 stopped setting once it moved to the officialctx.sidebarRight. The rail therefore fell back toright: 0and painted straight over the panel. The rail and the add panel now anchor on a new--dsx-rightbar-w(measured from the_rightbarColwidth, kept in step by a ResizeObserver across open/close/fullscreen/drag), with the old variable kept as fallback so both assemblies yield correctly. - 📌 Known follow-ups:
body.dsx-hide-statslinestill hides the whole composer-dock seat and could be narrowed to the officialstatsentry; the rail does not yet suppress its transition while the official right bar is being dragged.
Working tree (未发布 — 热度图 token 总量改由用量中心口径供给)
修复:Token 用量热度图卡片的「窗口总量」与用量中心的总 Token 长期不一致。实测 2026-09-12,卡片显示 7.72G,真实值 6.28G(+23%)。
Fix — 热度图日数据来源改为权威口径(复用 dsh-usage-center,不重复实现):

seedHeatmapIfNeeded/ 后来的HEATMAP_RECOVERED把凭空写的常量当历史播进localStorage(2026-08-14/15/16 存的是 244.19M / 1639.55M / 1319.26M,日志真值 75.24M / 373.37M / 1204.72M);② 迁移函数只「补零、不覆盖」,错误值永久留存;③ 逐步骤实时记账只在浏览器开着、且打开过该会话时才补记,闲日直接漏记(8/18 少 190.5M)。 - 🧮 仲裁证据:独立复算脚本
docs/verify-token-total-independent.mjs直接解压 175 个session.jsonl.zstd(多帧 zstd 逐帧解码,按 (turn,step) 取最后一次 usage 上报、四桶求和、本地时区归日):6,275,649,773;用量中心 index 口径 6,276,176,394(差 0.01%);旧热度图 7,715,756,948(+23%)。日粒度对比见docs/compare-token-accounts.mjs。 - 🔗 修法(不重写计算):host 新增
/api/widgets-usage-daily,在 dsh-usage-center 已安装时通过 Cordis 服务ctx.get('usageCenter')调用其getActivity()(该方法已按会话日志折叠每日总量),把activity[].totalTokens原样转给浏览器;未安装/索引为空/服务抛错一律返回available:false。usageCenter不作为硬依赖(inject不变),dsh-widgets 仍可独立安装。 - 🖥 client:
state.usageDaily为首选日数据源(挂载 + 每回合结束 + 60s 轮询刷新),权威数据存在时完全跳过本地记账;缺失时回退到原有逐步骤记账。热度图与热度柱状图两张卡片共用该口径,卡片数值与用量中心逐日一致。 - 🧹 清理:删除烘焙历史常量与
migrateHeatmapV2()(含「只补零」的迁移陷阱),改为一次性loadHeatmapStore():清除旧版伪造的那 8 天(2026-08-14…08-21),不动任何真实累积日。回退路径宁可空、不留假数据。 - ✅ 验证:

承接上一批:新增月用量、拆出 5h/周/月三个单窗口数字组件,并把卡片标题统一为短标题 + 灰色小字角色词。
Feat — Command Code 窗口家族扩展:
- 🌙 月用量(新增):
billing/credits只提供 5h 与 weekly 两个硬 cap,没有 monthly 窗口对象,故月窗口按守恒推导:已用 = usage.totalMonthlyCredits(本期月度 credits 消耗)、总额度 = 已用 + credits.monthlyCredits(已用 + 剩余 = 套餐额度,实测 0.47 + 69.16 ≈ 69.63 ≈ $70 套餐),百分比 = 已用 / 总额度,重置时间取订阅账期结束currentPeriodEnd。任一半缺失即降级占位,绝不编造数字。 - 🍩 cc-windows 双环 → 三环:5h / 周 / 月 三窗口环图(对齐 OpenCode rolling / weekly / monthly 三环形态)。
- 🔤 环上数字独立性:三环的百分比不再带灰色「5h 窗口 / 周窗口 / 月窗口」小字标注——环本身就是窗口三件套(顺序固定 5h → 周 → 月),数字单独站着;窗口名移到悬停 tooltip(与 OpenCode usage-rings 同一约定)。环上数字统一保留一位小数(如 1.8%、10.0%),不再四舍五入成整数。
WidgetChart.rings相应新增两个可选字段:decimals(精度,默认 0 整数,其它环图不受影响)与name(仅 tooltip 用的名称)。 - 🔢 新增 3 个单窗口数字组件(对齐 OpenCode 单窗口卡片形态:一个大百分比 + 重置日期):

Polish — 卡片标题规范化(家族全体 8 个组件):

docs/probe-cc-render.cjs(编译真实渲染层 + 拉取真实账户数据跑 8 张卡)——21 项断言全 PASS:标题全为Command Code、角色词落在 legend、cc-windows 三环且环上无灰色标注(label 为空、窗口名仅在name/tooltip)、环值为一位小数、三张数字卡百分比均一位小数且有重置行、月口径 = 已用/(已用+剩余)。静态验证脚本docs/verify-commandcode.cjs扩到 8 个组件 + 共享标题键(20 项 PASS,含 live 200)。

承接上一条 Command Code 批次:修复组件显示「未配置 COMMANDCODE_API_KEY」的误导文案——key 完全由 host 自动读取,用户无需(也不应)手动填写任何东西。
Fix — Command Code key 自动读取链路 + 组件状态文案:
- 🔍 根因:组件显示「未配置」是因为
/api/commandcode-usage的 host 路由尚未加载(dsh web 未重启 → 404),client 拉取失败后统一落到「未配置」文案——与 key 无关;.credentials.yaml中的COMMANDCODE_API_KEY一直存在。 - 🧬 key 解析链路核实(credentials-local):
resolve按 进程环境变量 →$DSH_HOME/.credentials.yaml(version+refs 布局) →$DSH_HOME/.env三级自动读取,永不进浏览器、无需在组件/设置里填写。实测:env/.env 无此键,yaml 命中(tail WWna),四个 official endpoint 全部 200。 - 🩹 修复(两层):
- 错误状态透传:client 拉取
/api/commandcode-usage时区分 404(host 未重启 →unloaded)/ 503(真没配 key →unconfigured)/ 网络失败(unavailable),存入stats.commandCodeError; - 文案准确化:各组件的「未配置」改为按错误状态提示——「dsh web 未重启,等待 host 路由加载(重启后自动刷新)」/「未配置 COMMANDCODE_API_KEY — host 自动读取环境变量 / .credentials.yaml / .env,重启后自动生效」。

本地修复,尚未 bump 版本 / 发布。回滚基线:
git HEAD 2fdacf8(v1.4.1),磁盘快照见docs/backup/2026-08-31-gpu-line-height/。
Fix — sys-gpu-line 2×2 悬浮时卡片高度异常(≈176px):
- 🐛 根因:GPU 利用率卡片的内容固有高度 ≈178px(左下大数字 + sub + 固定 68px sparkline + 标题行),超出 2×2 卡片的 150px 盒子——卡片自身只有
minHeight,高度由内容决定,静止时即撑破 slot 28px;悬浮放大(magnify 1.25)时更糟(overlay 卡片 212px vs slot 186px),视觉上就是「悬浮后卡片莫名变高到 176 左右」。 - 🩹 修复(两层):

This release ships the whole working tree: the System monitor family (below), the rail drawer animation, and the usage decimal fix — all previously unreleased work (logs under the old
v1.4.2/v1.5.0 working treeheaders).
Fix — sparkline↔time-label spacing:
- 📏 The GPU utilization sparkline now keeps a 3px gap between the chart area and its bottom time labels — identical to the barsV bar→date-label spacing (outer 4px lead-in unchanged).
Fix — sys-gpu-line stuck on 「等待设备数据」:
- 🐛 The sparkline read the host's
historyring buffer — a field only the NEWEST host build serves. A host that was restarted before that field landed (or not restarted since) never returns it, so the card waited forever. - 🩹 The collector now ingests every successful poll into a client-side fallback history (module ring buffer, ≤120 samples): the sparkline works on ANY host from the moment the page loads — curve appears after the second poll. When the host is restarted, its (longer, reload-surviving) history takes precedence automatically.
- 📏 Sparkline sample window (组件配置): 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 points, default 20 — only the most recent N samples are drawn, so the line never compresses into a blob no matter how long the host has been sampling.

Polish — ring-to-caption spacing:
- 📏 All ring charts (usage-rings 3-ring, CPU·GPU twin rings, the 2×4 board) now keep a 4px gap between the ring and its caption row — the same rhythm as bar→label in the bars charts. The old 2px glued the percent to the ring; the breathing room matters most on the 2×4 board's small rings.
Hotfix — one crashing widget took the WHOLE rail down (P1):
- 🐛 A malformed OpenCode usage payload (one window missing/null, e.g. an upstream partial response) made
usage-rings/usage-barsthrow onu.rolling.percent; the uncaught render error killed the entireshell.overlayslot entry — every widget disappeared until the next hard refresh ("only visible briefly after refresh"). - 🛡️ Defense 1 — data layer: every usage window now reads through

translateX(+railW)→ 0, moving leftwards into its resting slot); closing is the reverse (0 →translateX(+railW), sliding out to the right), using the same--ds-transition-duration-slow+--ds-ease-in-outtokens as the sidebar panels. The rail, the magnify overlay, and the add panel move as one surface via aposition:fixed inset:0wrapper (a transformed fixed ancestor becomes the children's containing block, but the wrapper spans the viewport so every child's coordinates stay identical). - 🔁 CSS transitions interrupt natively: a rapid open→close→open re-toggle animates from the current intermediate geometry straight to the new target — no snap, no desync. Fix — rail open/close glide returns to main-thread right transition for perfect lockstep (with dsh-ui-harmonizer v0.8.3):
- 🤝 v1.2.3 moved the rail glide to a compositor transform (zero dropped frames), but when the conversation column's per-frame margin reflow overran a frame the rail kept gliding while the column stalled — the two surfaces visibly split ("rail glides first, conversation lags"). This is not a performance issue but a fundamental difference in animation paths: compositor and main-thread animations will always diverge on busy frames.
- 🔁 The fix puts the rail back on the same animation path as the conversation column (
transition: right, same variable / duration / easing): same-path animations cannot split by definition — both surfaces advance in the same style→layout pass every frame, so a busy frame slows both together and they never separate. v1.2.3's other two optimizations are preserved (overlay card lazy rendering, no persistentwill-change); the rail subtree is already cheap enough that per-frame reflow cost is negligible. - 📐 Measured (playwright + local Edge, heavy session, widget rail open + panel toggle): rail↔conversation right-edge per-frame offset std = 0 (perfect lockstep); dropped frames 0%; left-edge drift 0; steps more uniform (largest single-frame step 220px→71px — that 220px jump in v1.2.3 was the telltale sign of the two paths splitting).

→ The widget rail added no more frames dropped: with the rail always open, toggling the right panel is just as smooth as with the rail closed (typical sessions 60 fps throughout). Heavy sessions (thousands of DOM nodes) still show ~10% frame drops from the conversation-column width transition — this is unrelated to the widgets (present even with the rail closed) and belongs to the UI coordination layer; listed on the Roadmap.

- 💰 Bottom-left big label mirrors the cache/tokens card (same font, size, position): red EXPENSIVE inside a peak window, CHEAP otherwise.
- 🟥 During a peak window the whole card glows with a gentle breathing red inner glow (scheme B — bleeds in from the edges, centre stays readable, never a solid fill; 2.2s, modest swing, pure urgency, no click bait);

- 📐 The temporary add panel's
bottomoffset tracked--dsh-sidebar-width— the better-sidebar width variable that pushes#rootaside when the right panel is open. With the right sidebar open (e.g. 320px) the bottom lifted by that whole width whiletopstayed fixed, halving the visible panel; it reproduced regardless of open order. It now anchors to the input-box breathing gap (--dsx-input-bottom), the intent the rail-measure comment always stated — the right offset still follows the sidebar, the vertical one never does. Headless-verified: panel height is identical with the sidebar off / 320px / 480px, vs the old rule dropping 886→566px at 320px.
Fixed — 2×4 tiles are correctly masked in a 1-column layout:
- 🧱 In 1-column mode a 2×4 tile (two cells wide) has nowhere to sit. The rail now hides installed 2×4 instances (temporarily — switching back to 2/4 columns restores them as-is), and the market says so: the 2×4 entry's title is struck through with a yellow "Unavailable" capsule beside it and its add button disabled. Fixed — the last edit is now flushed to the host store when the page closes, so widget state survives ANY desktop shell and every browser/device:
- Root cause. Widget config is written to two channels:
localStorage(fast path) and the host file via a 400 ms debounced PUT to/api/widgets-state(authoritative, origin-independent). The debounced write had no unload flush: if the window/tab closed within that 400 ms window (or while the PUT was still in flight), the request died with the page. On shells that spawn a fresh random loopback origin per launch (e.g. DSH Desktop builds),localStorageis a brand-new realm on every boot, so that single missed PUT meant the edit was lost for good — "changes don't save" on desktop while the fixed-port local web (stable origin) masked the same defect invisibly. - 💾 Unload flush. A
pagehidelistener now callsflushPendingState()the moment the page starts tearing down. It sends any state that has not yet reached the host store vianavigator.sendBeacon(delivered by the browser even as the page is destroyed) with a keepalive-fetch fallback; the host route already accepted POST as well as PUT, so the same endpoint copes with it. A quick close after an edit can no longer lose the change, on any desktop shell, browser origin, private mode, or cleared-site-data session. - 🛡️ The debounced PUT also gained
keepalive: true, so a write already in flight survives page teardown as well. - 🧪 Headless-verified end-to-end against the real host store: capsule-click (a real

- 🌐 Heatmap day attribution now honors a configurable timezone (accounting timezone in the heatmap card config), defaulting to Beijing UTC+8 (the day rolls at 08:00 UTC). Fixed — card-anchored magnification, wave-following add button, smooth enter/exit:
- Card-anchored trigger (all modes). The wave engages only when the pointer actually hits a card; crossing the gaps keeps it engaged AND the peak keeps gliding with the pointer (discrete mode: snapped to the quantized grid, so it still moves while you cross a gap; realtime: follows the pointer every frame). Only leaving the rail disarms it.
- Add button rides the wave, position included. Its placement is recomputed from the focused (scaled) rows, so when the cards above grow taller the button moves down with the magnified deck bottom / last-row gap, and its size follows the same bell curve at that position (previously only its size scaled, pinned to the resting grid).
- Right edge stays aligned; gaps stay exact. Overlay card positions (
top/right) are INSTANT and, in the realtime FOLLOW phase, the size transition is disabled entirely — every frame lands directly on the steady-state right-anchored geometry, so fast pointer movement never lingers in a non-steady intermediate pose (the historic cause of a drifting right edge AND uneven inter-card gaps). The enter/exit phases (and the discrete style's grid gliding, which changes targets at grid frequency) keep a 0.15 s width/height tween for smooth grow/shrink. - Smooth enter/exit. The overlay is always mounted (hidden by opacity), so entering/leaving magnifies via the CSS size tween instead of popping in at the target size — no flicker; exiting shrinks back to the resting size the same way.
- 🧪 Headless-verified (playwright, both modes): visibility flips only on card hit / gap-cross / rail-leave as specified; overlay rightmost == static rightmost (diff 0); gap movement keeps the wave changing; the add button sits below the resting position (702 → 753 px) and grows to 166 px under the wave; control console clean.
- 🧰 Market/config rework — add-only, no install/uninstall zone. Every widget ships bundled, so the market no longer has "download/uninstall": opening a group lets you pick the concrete widget, choose its size with left/right arrows (no dropdown — e.g. the Coding-Plan heatmap/bars flip 2×2 ↔ 2×4 that way), and hit Add to append
widget@sizestraight into the rail (already-added instances show a disabled Added). The config tab lost the "Uninstalled (click to restore)" zone: removing a row deletes the instance entirely (installed + order + its config). - 🧮 Every size is its own market instance. Multi-size widgets (heatmap 2×2 / 2×4, context-waterline 2×2 / 2×4, …) appear as independent selectable entries — first the 2×2, then the 2×4 — instead of a size switcher; the count badge counts instances, not widgets.
- 🎨 Preview now matches the real render. The preview stats build the heatmap through the same
buildRollingGridpath the live collector uses (7 week-rows × 13 day-columns — the old preview built it transposed, swapping width and height), so the 2×2 preview is a square card again, and the quote preview shows sample content (never persisted) so it isn't blank. All previews are fed concrete values (never blank). - 📐 2×4 previews scale to fit. Wide cards preview at
scale(0.85)centred in a fixed-width stage, so the right-edge buttons stay visible and the prev/next arrows never shift. - 🗂️ Config preview uses free space. The selected widget's preview fills the remaining panel height below a top-LEFT title (extra room becomes vertical padding), and the preview size control is a dropdown beside the title — same
dsx-selectformat as the Window alignment field. - 🙈 Stats-line switch hides text only. Enabling it keeps the official bar's space and layout untouched and makes just its labels transparent — matching manual "hide the text" setups; off shows the bar normally.

- 🔧 Capsule button styling restored. The CSS file carried a UTF-8 BOM that leaked into the first rule's selector at build time (a junk prefix before
.dsx-stats-capsule{…}), silently killing the Components capsule's base style (border-radius, padding, background, height). Rewrote the file as BOM-free UTF-8; verified the capsule computesborder-radius:14px / height:28px / background / padding / 1px borderagain. - 📐 4-column add button no longer overlaps cards. Row-band packing leaves the last row's gap at the LEFT edge (right-anchored), but the add button was anchored off the LAST item — on a left-packed 4-column row that dropped the button into the row's own cards. Placement now anchors the row's LEFTMOST card and falls back below the deck when the leftover gap is narrower than the button. The fit decision uses the STATIC widths, so hovering (which widens that row's cards) never flips the button to the deck bottom-right — it stays in its gap slot, gliding with the row.
- 🏠 Fresh installs pre-load only the stats-line family (turns · LLM/tool time · TTFT · rate · cache · tokens — mirroring the official composer stats bar); everything else is a market add. Existing users' arrangements are untouched by design.
- 🙈 New personal-preference switch in Component Settings: "Hide the stats line below input box" hides the official composer stats bar under the input box (the rail shows the same data). Default OFF so other users keep their bar.
- 💬 Quote card renders nothing without a custom text (no default filler that used to rotate on every render), and it lives in its own Misc group for now.

The widget system is now built for scale: each widget is an independent, contract-driven unit under src/widgets/ with build-time discovery — a new widget is a new unit dir, no shared file edits (guide: src/widgets-template/README.md).

- Widget marketplace: open a third-party widget registration mechanism so community widgets can join like plugins — the unit + discovery architecture (v1.3.0) is the carrier; a future
widgets-marketbundle can drop units intosrc/widgets/the same way; - More locales: the dictionary layer now has zh/en for every key — adding
ja/koetc. is a pure dictionary extension; - Cross-device sync (optional): today each DSH service keeps its own
dsh-widgets-state.json— a cloud/account sync layer could share one configuration across machines, but local-first independence is the deliberate default.
